How much does this service cost?

What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Your subscription/membership may be cancelled at any time from "Change Account" page once the user is logged in. PayPal subscriptions can also be cancelled at any time directly from PayPal's website. The cancellation fees are as shown in the table below:

	Silver, Gold and Premium Plans	Free, Bronze and Lite Plans
Less than 50% of your current membership cycle remaining	$2.95	$4.95
More than 50% of your current membership cycle remaining	$3.95	$5.95

Once a subscription is cancelled, any outstanding balance from that subscription, minus the cancellation fee above, will be credited back to the user's Spider Send account.

Spider Send user account balances can be refunded to user's credit card / PayPal without any fees at any time.

How does it work?
Spider Send makes it easy to get all of your important documents sent out. You upload your file to our website, then you can send a download link for the file to your friends/co-workers in three ways:

• Send the download link via our website when uploading the file or from Share file page in your account
• Send a simple link to anyone you like via email (no attachments needed)
• You can share your download link with your friends on Facebook, Twitter or MySpace from Share file page in your account

What is the best way to send many files at once?
The easiest way to send a lot of files (pictures, videos, documents etc.) all at once, is to compress them into one file. The two most popular file compression softwares are WinZip and WinRAR. Almost all PCs and Macs come with at least one compressing software installed on them. Once you've compressed all your files into one file, you can send/share that file to others and they can simply de-compress the file and have all the pictures.
